Odisha Court Grants Conditional Bail To Manoj Nayak
Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Additional District Judge-II Court on Saturday granted conditional bail to Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS) and SUM Hospital owner Manoj Ranjan Nayak, who was arrested in connection with a fire tragedy in the private hospital on October 17 that killed 29 people so far.
The court accepted Manoj's bail application on submission of a surety of Rs 1 lakh and two bailers.
" Manoj Nayak has no links in the fire tragedy and he is not at all responsible for what had happened on that fateful night," said Defence Counsel SN Das.
The court laid down conditions for Nayak to appear at police station when called for questioning and cooperate with the investigating officers in the investigation process.
