First Positive Case Of COVID-19 Detected In Odisha
Bhubaneswar: An outbreak of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) that began in Wuhan, China has spread rapidly with confirmed cases reported all over India. The first confirmed case of coronavirus has been reported from Capital Hospital here.
The 31-year-old student returned from Italy on March 6 and was put into quarantine in Delhi. However, he was let go and he came back to his home town Bhubaneswar via train. He reportedly started showing symptoms on March 13 and when they didn’t subside he went for a check-up at Capital hospital.
