Impact Of Cyclone Kyant On Odisha Not Yet Clear

Bhubaneswar: The deep depression formed at Bay of Bengal has not yet converted into a cyclonic storm which will be named Kyant once it escalates into cyclone.

This morning according to Bhubaneswar Met Dept the system lies around 875 kms East South East of Gopalpur coast and is moving towards North West. It's only after 2 pm it would be known whether the system would take the shape of a cyclone.

It's only after that it's impact on Odisha coast could be predicted.
