Bhubaneswar: On Sunday, renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik added another feather in his cap as he bagged the People's Choice Award for his Sand Art on Plastic Pollution with message "Save our Ocean" in Boston International Sand Art Championship 2019.
Since then, praises have been flooding in for Pattnaik.
Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu tweeted, "Congratulations to renowned Indian sand artist, Sudarsan Pattnaik for bagging ‘People's Choice Award'. I hope he will continue to create many more socially relevant sand sculptures to spread the awareness."
Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik tweeted, "Congratulate noted sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik on winning People's Choice Prize at International SandArt Championship 2019, USA. Wish him continued success for future.
