Berhampur: Vigilance sleuths conduct simultaneous raids on Friday at office and residence of Berhampur Divisional Forest Officer Ashish Kumar Behera on charges of amassing disproportionate assets.
Behera is under scanner for allegedly amassing wealth disproportionate to his known source of income. Team of Vigilance officials conducted simultaneous raids at nine places including Behera's Berhampur office, quarters and Digapahandi Range Office.
The exact amount of wealth that has been accumulated by Behera can be ascertained after completion of raids, said officials.
