Sundergarh: A college-going girl alleged on Monday that she was gangraped by her boyfriend and his friends in Putudihi jungle few days back.
As per reports, the girl was waiting for a bus to go to college on June 26 when her boyfriend offered to drop her. She happily hopped on his bike however he took advantage of the situation. He took her to the nearby jungle and called his friends where they outraged the girl’s modesty.
Fearing judgment from society, the girl kept silence. She stopped going to college from that day onwards. Her family members were suspicious of her behavior and finally confronted her on Monday when she narrated the entire incident.
While a complaint has been filed, the bike has been seized and four guys are being interrogated in connection with the incident.
