Veteran Odisha Congress Leaders Refute Party Infighting
Bhubaneswar: Amid growing speculations of acute internal differences among senior leaders in Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC), two veteran Congressmen on Monday denied the reports of rift in the party and said they are chalking out strategies for the forthcoming Panchayat elections.
Former PCC president Niranjan Patnaik said, “Everyone in the party should try and we are exactly doing that.”
Commenting on the recent Delhi visit of some senior Congress leaders to meet party Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, Patnaik said, “Our headquarters is located in Delhi so all information should reach there. They will take right decisions after verification.
