OSL Owner Mahima Mishra Moves HC For Anticipatory Bail

Cuttack: Odisha Stevedores Limited (OSL) proprietor Mahimananda Mishra on Friday filed a petition before the Orissa High Court (HC) appealing for granting him and his three other employees of OSL’s Paradip office anticipatory bail in the sensational murder case of SSLL GM Mahendra Swain in October.

According to sources, Mishra and his three associates, now reportedly absconding, have also challenged the Look-Out Notice (LOC) issued by the Jagatsinghpur police against them.
