Cuttack: The police has conducted raids at noted businessman and OSL MD- Mahimananda Mishra’s house at Cuttack, his hotel 'Empires' at Bhubaneswar, and his farmhouse at Nischintcoili as part of the investigation in Mahendra Swain murder case in Paradip last month.

Police sources say that Mahimananda might have escaped aboard much before the look out notice was issued. In order to take the investigation further and force Mahimananda to surrender, the police might soon initiate the process of attaching his property and assets.
