Odisha Approves Rs 5,983 Cr Supplementary Budget For 2016-17 Fiscal

Bhubaneswar: The State Council of Ministers on Wednesday approved a supplementary budget of Rs 5,983.08 crores for the financial year of 2016-17.

A meeting of Council of Ministers was held here at the State Secretariat under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik . Finance Minister Pradip Kumar Amat, Cooperation Minister Damodar Rout, Energy Minister Pranab Prakash Das and Chief Secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi were prominent among others present in the meeting.
