High Court Grants Conditional Bail To Motilal Gouda

Cuttack: Controversial doctor Motilal Gouda, who was behind bars for publishing fake gazette notification and misuse of power, on Friday was granted conditional bail by the Orissa High Court.

He had been arrested by the Crime Branch a few months back.

Besides, the State Vigilance’s raids had exposed that Dr Motilal Gouda has amassed over Rs 56 lakhs in seven years misusing his official position with impunity.
