Axel Excels In Bravery

Bhubaneswar/Rayagada: He proved to be a “friend in need, a friend indeed” for the police personnel as well as the general commuters and also proved worthwhile of his name Axel as he has excelled in bravery.

Even though sustained grievous injuries, his dutifulness did not deter him from detecting the planted bomb by the red ultras.

Axel is a specially trained sniffer dog engaged in the anti-bomb disposal squad of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) deployed in Odisha for anti-Maoist operation.

7-year-old Axel has been with the CRPF sniffer squad for the last four years.
