Odisha CM Visits Gajapati, Inaugurates & Lays Foundation For Projects Worth Rs 81 Cr | Odisha News


Bhubaneswar: Paying a visit to Gajapati district in western Odisha today, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated and laid foundation stones for projects worth over Rs 80 crores.

While the meeting venue was Jirang, the projects would also benefit the people of Mohana, Nuagada, R. Udaygiri and Rayagad blocks.

As per the official sources, the Chief Minister today inaugurated 129 projects for the welfare of the people while the total cost of the inaugurated projects is estimated at Rs 66.62 crores.

Similarly, the foundation stones were laid for 98 projects at an estimated cost of Rs 14 crores.

The inaugurated projects are:

8 small bridges under R. Udaygiri block, pipe water supply projects for R. Udaygiri block’s Mangarajpur, Raisingh and Buripadar, 33/11 KV power sub-station at Ramgiri, upgraded Adaba-Paniganda road under Mohana block, 100-seated girls’ hostel for Gundima Adarsh Vidyalaya under Mohana block, upgraded R. Udaygiri-Sambalpur road under R. Udaygiri block, upgraded Antaraba-Landaruju road, rural development road to Luburu and rural development road to Bam patch under Mohana block, 2 high level bridges on Khariguda Nullah (stream) along Lekhapadar-Antaraba road and on Atharanala along Mohana-Kirima road under Mohana block, Harabhangi high level bridge along Bhaliasahi road under R. Udaygiri block and the Kuanpada high level bridge under R. Udaygiri block.
