Odisha: Former Sundergarh MLA Jogesh Singh & 3 Others Injured In Road Mishap | Odisha News
Angul: In an unfortunate road mishap, four persons including former Sundergarh MLA Jogesh Singh were injured near Mahidharpur early today morning.
According to reports, the incident occurred at around 3 am when the car was travelling from Sundergarh to Bhubaneswar via the Sambalpur-Cuttack NH. Suddenly, a truck came speeding towards the car and the driver tried to swerve and subsequently hit a tree in the roadside. Soon after that, the car also caught on fire.
Locals present at the spot rescued Singh and others. All the injured persons were rushed to Angul District Headquarters hospital (DHH) and were later shifted to SCB Medical Hospital in Cuttack.
