Cyclone ‘Titli’ Aftermath: Odisha CM Forms 3-Member Ministerial Panel For Monitoring Relief, Rescue, Restoration
Bhubaneswar: In the aftermath of Cyclone Titli’s effect and the torrential rains triggered by it, the State Administration is not only regularly reviewing the situation, but has also entrusted the immediate monitoring job to its three ministers.
Soon after taking stock of the situation today through video conferencing with the Collectors of three southern districts of Ganjam, Gajapati and Rayagada, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has constituted a three member ministerial committee.
The committee comprises Revenue Minister Maheswar Mohanty, Water Resources Minister Niranjan Pujari and Energy Minister Sushanta Singh.
The Chief Minister has directed the committee to visit Titli-affected Ganjam, Gajapati, and Rayagada districts immediately and monitor the relief rescue and restoration operations there.
