Seven factory officials were arrested by the Police.
The arrested officials are Factory General Manager, Production Manager, HR Manager, two Supervisors, Shift-In-Charge and Safety Manager. A case has been registered at Khantapada Police Station and an investigation was being conducted by Balasore SP and IG.
SP Jugal Kishor Kumar Banoth also informed that a scientific team has visited the spot. Further action in the case will be taken after the team submit's its report.
