Mo Sarkar Impact: Sundergarh Collector Issued Show-Cause Notice, CDMO In-charge Suspended
Bhubaneswar: Sundergarh CDMO-in-charge Dr Pankaj Patel was suspended by the State Government on charges negligence in duty. Collector Nikhil Pawan Kalyan also has been issued a show-cause notice for lapses in implementing Mo Sarkar initiative in the District Headquarters Hospital, Sundergarh.
The action was taken following the visit of 5T Secretary VK Pandian to the Sundergarh DHH today. He was accompanied by senior officials of the State Government and district administration.
According to sources, the poor patients at Sundergarh District Headquarters Hospital complained that they were sent out for pathology tests. These patients also produced the bills to corroborate their claims.
