Shocking: Minor Girl Raped By Relative In Odisha’s Keonjhar
Keonjhar: In yet another horrifying incident that throws light on the dismal state of women in the country, a 7-year-old girl was allegedly raped in Rugudi area of here late last night.
Reportedly, the girl’s modesty was outraged by her a long-distance relative of hers. The girl was found in a critical condition and was first rushed to a hospital in Barbil. She was later admitted to Keonjhar DHH and then shifted to Cuttack SCB Medical College and Hospital when her condition further worsened.
On intimation, the cops launched a manhunt and detained the accused minor for further investigation into the case.
