Malkangiri: Incessant rains triggered by ongoing monsoon have cut-off two villages from the outer world in Malkangiri district.
Normal life has been disrupted in Komarpalli and Mahupadar villages of the district as heavy rain has been lashing the area since last 24 hours.
Reportedly, flash flood caused by the rain has submerged the roads as a result of which people in the area are stranded.
