1 Killed, 3 Missing As Boat Capsizes in Malkangiri | Odisha News
Malkangiri: One person was killed and another three are missing as the boat they were on capsized in Chitrakonda Dam in Balimela Reservoir on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Sanadei Goleri (24). Nakamadi’s Sanadei along with her husband Mangala Goleri (28), their 10-month old daughter and a relative Sanata Sisa (22) had gone to Totagu to attend a family function. On their way back the boat capsized at Ambaligada, informed Chitrakonda Tehsildar T Padmanav Dora.
A search team comprising of Fire service officials and ODRAF officials are conducting the search operations.
