Former Malkangiri Collector Abductor Maoist Couple Arrested
Malkangiri: The main accused in abduction of former Malkangiri Collector R Vineel Krishna- Belam Narayan aka Damadar and his wife Ganga Madhi alias Phulamati were arrested today at Odisha-Andhra Pradesh border near Malkangiri.
The duo was involved in as many as 100 criminal activities and Damadar even had a bounty of Rs 20 lakh on his head. Damadar was the appointed secretary of Malkangiri area committee and the couple was actively involved in increasing Mao presence in both Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
