Congress Observes Malkangiri Bandh, Demands Action Against Collector

Malkangiri: Over demands of arrest of district collector Manish Agarwal over the death of his personal assistant Debanarayan Panda, Congress is observing a 24-hour district-wide bandh.

The Congress members did picketing and blocked all main roads. With bandh in effect all business establishment remained shut and vehicular communication has been hampered.
