Hockey India Announces Promotional Event In Cuttack Barabati Stadium, Rahman To Perform In Millennium City
Bhubaneswar: Treating the fans with a pleasant surprise, Hockey India yesterday proposed to host a promotional event as part of the Odisha Hockey Men's World Cup at the Barabati Cricket Stadium on 28 November for which musical maestro A R Rahman has given his consent for a live performance.
“It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that we are proposing to host a promotional event as part of the Odisha Hockey Men's World Cup Bhubaneswar 2018 at the Barabati Cricket Stadium on 28. November 2018. The Music Maestro AR Rahrnan has given his consent to perform at the event,” stated the letter to Secretary of Odisha Olympic Association from Hockey India.
The promotional event has been organised a day after the inaugural ceremony in Kalinga Stadium.
