Low Pressure-Triggered Heavy Rainfall To Lash Odisha: IMD
Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre has forecasts rain and thunderstorm warning for 16 districts of Odisha till 6:30 PM today.
As per the latest Doppler weather radar and satellite imageries, thunderstorm accompanied by lightning and spells of rain is likely to occur over the districts of Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Kandhamal, Boudh, Bolangir, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Malkangiri, Koraput and Raygada in between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM today.
The bulletin further warned people in these districts to take shelter in the nearby building and other safety locations.
