Decapitated Head Of Infant Found On Villager's Verandah In Keonjhar
Keonjhar: In a gruesome incident, a severed head of an infant was discovered in the verandah of a villager in Ranki village under Keonjhar Town PS. The locals raised a furore over this incident.
The villagers believe that the decapitated head must have been brought by the stray dogs from the nearby hospital backyard.
